After the last book was so full of pain, angst and danger, this one was a nice change up in the emotional tones and pace though it absolutely hums with foreshadowing for what is to come. It picks up nearly from the point the last one left off and these read much like a serial so the reader should definitely try to get them in order. The story opens up with Morgan Carter, shaken from her horrid experience with the Montana wolves and what she almost did to her own mate with her fears, but now she i [...]

Brand of the Pack by Tera Shanley is the fourth book in the Silver Wolf Clan. I have been enjoying this urban fantasy and getting to know the wolf clan. Despite the length of these novels, Shanley had managed to hook me and endear me to this clan. While the previous books were laden with angst, suspense and danger, Brand of the Pack focused more on shoring up the relationship between Morgan and Greyson as it introduced a new threat.Shanley has created an engaging series and I quickly slip into [...]

BRAND OF THE PACK made me like Greyson and Morgan again after the events of BLACK WOLF'S REVENGE turned me off of them. The story starts up right after BLACK WOLF'S REVENGE ends. Morgan is ready to ask for Greyson's forgiveness and comes to him. I appreciated the way things played out during this time. The feelings were there and neither of them played games. Morgan is stills scarred from her experience with the Montana wolves and Greyson is gentle with her and gives her the space she needs to f [...]

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!! ***I bought this book last year! The cover is beautiful :) Love those purple eyes!!This is the 3rd book in the series and my favorite so far! I highly recommend reading them in order because it is sequential, and you will not understand references without having read them all. It is for adults only due to the violence and steamy content.Grey is definitely awesome! I just love his character. Morgan has definitely become stronger and redeemed hersel [...]

REVIEWAs soon as I finished Black Dog's Revenge I wanted to continue reading. This series really is addictive reading! So as I had the next book in the series on my kindle I just had to start it right away. This cover has the beautiful silver wolf in the background, and then Morgan in the forefront in her human form, with her beautifully strange eye colour. Once again the font style and placing of the book titles, series titles and author name is the same as the rest of the series so far. I have [...]

Brand of the pack is a great third installment in this series. While the books are fairly short, I enjoy the depth that Tera puts into each book. This book is about the joining of Morgan and Grey and finally starting the Silver Wolf clan. While the is fairly seamless, as the news reaches other packs, things are going to start to heat up for them.I really enjoyed reading about Grey and Morgan finally being together and watching them bond together. The story has left a few twists that I am hoping t [...]

Brand of the Pack (Silver Wolf Clan #3) by Tera Shanley  Brand of the Pack by Tera Shanley picks up where book two, Black Wolf's Revenge, ends.  Greyson Crawford and Morgan Carter are back as a couple.   Greyson has made a lot of sacrifices for Morgan. Other packs are attempting to claim Morgan.  There are a lot of thrilling things going on in this short 103-page novella.  I like how the pack developed.  I was happy that Greyson and Morgan were getting along.  I like them as a couple.  [...]

This story is an improvement in immersive atmosphere on the previous book. The tale moves up to an adult romance as Morgan becomes older and stronger. She has become the only silver werewolf around, and this colour's ability to have offspring means that other pack leaders arrive to fight the shifter Grey for Morgan. Nobody asks Morgan politely if she wants to go or stay. Her lack of choice could be seen as an allegory for some human cultures. Morgan's reluctance to change to wolf form is explain [...]

(RabidReads)Brand of the Pack is the third installment of this novella series by Tara Shanley. I say novella, but the author is adept in writing a full story with well realized characters in a short read. Do I wish each one was a bit longer, of course, because I have enjoyed all of them up until now.If you plan on reading this series, there are some spoilers in this review.A little background is in order three novellas in, I think. Morgan was in the woods camping with her sister and niece when t [...]

Morgan has returned to Grey wanting to be his mate, but still cautious from the abuse she just escaped. Grey would do anything for Morgan, even if it meant his death, which it just might be. Challengers are coming from every direction to claim Morgan due to her silver wolf heritage and the ability to have offspring. Grey will have to battle everyone for the right to claim his mate.I absolutely love Grey. Sorry, I had to get that out of the way first. This is book 3 in the Silver Wolf Clan Series [...]

I really do love this series! I am so excited! This is a short story in between books 2 and 3 for us to finally have something good between Morgan and Grey. Morgan and Grey had a total nightmare happening in book two. It broke my heart in many ways. And this one, it's so sweet. With some good werewolf fights, and a unity that's never happened with werewolves before. I cheered alot for this one. :) But it also tells us that there's something big coming for book three. I can't wait to read it! Thi [...]

According to legend Morgan Carter is the last of her line; a female Silver Wolf with the ability to produce werewolf offspring. As such she is a hot commodity and every male wolf is vying for her attention – including fighting to the death to obtain her. What isn’t acceptable though is the danger that puts the safety of her very young niece in jeopardy. Bad enough the trauma of both Morgan and her niece seeing the very brutal murder of Morgan’s beloved sister and Lana’s mother but now ma [...]

Brand of the Pack is book three of Tera Shanley's Silver Wolf Clan series. I did feel a bit lost since this was the first book in the series I have read. The author does a great job of giving explanation where needed though. I, however, would recommend reading this series from the beginning.Morgan Carter is still rattled from her horrible encounter with the Montana wolves. She understands she needs to make things right after how she previously treated her mate, Grey. Grey is starting his own pac [...]

I received an ARC for an honest opinion. This book was the third part of a series so I felt vaguely lost as soon as I started reading it. It didn't take me that long to figure out what had happened to Grey and Morgan to get them to this point.Grey wants to start his own pack which is a bit odd because there is another one close, his friend Dean. They have agreed on it though. His pack will include he, Morgan and Marissa. Morgan is the love of his life and Marissa, 14 years old, has moved over fro [...]

Once again the characters did things that didn’t make sense. Morgan was still trying to give Grey an out from marrying her in case it was out of obligation, as if the whole reason why she was turned into a wolf in the first place wasn't because he brought her to the pack as his human intended wife/mate. Then even though Morgan was finally ready for sex, and wolves kept showing up to fight for her because she was still “single” Grey refused her. I never understood what they were waiting for [...]

This third story in the series is my favorite so far. Morgan and Grey are back together and they are taking baby steps in repairing their time apart. Grey's demon wolf is back too even stronger. He needs to be because males from other clans are vying for their right to claim Morgan who is still unmarked. There is a darkness coming and you wonder how and who is spreading the word about the silver wolf. I liked the way the new little pack is starting to gel and how Marissa, foster child of the Dal [...]

Let me start this review by giving praise to the author Tera Shanley. The Silver Wolf Clan series is an epic love story with deep meaning if you care to listening.Brand of the Pack was the story of forgiveness. In the last book Morgan had to be saved by Grey after being taken by another wolf pack. Morgan the only Silver Wolf has to come to terms of being the only Silver Wolf of her kind and the only wolf capable of conceiving other Silver Wolves. In the meantime, Grey and Morgan reconcile their d [...]

One really must love the violence in this book with challenge after challenge coming in. The one thing that you really can't figure out at first is does Morgan forgive Grey and return to his side, or does she stay away? I won't give you that bit of information. I will just say that with any hope, she will turn out to be as vicious as he is, in her own way. Getting over what happened in Montana is going to take a lot of courage and time on her part. What happens to her? What happens to them? Can [...]

This book starts after the last book where Morgan is abducted, because of her silver wolf status. In the week leading up to their wedding Greyson has been in numerous challenges. When Morgan's mother [...]

I was gifted a copy of this book for review by Netgalley. This series is so different from the usual werewolf romances and I admit it's refreshing. Grey will do absolutely anything to protect Morgan and Lana. He has entered into an unheard of alliance with Deans pack. He also finds himself with another to protect.Morgan is still trying to come to terms with what has happened @as well as deciding Grey is what she wants and needing to apologize. Things escalate with more fights for her and the real [...]

Brand of the Pack is the third instalment in the Silver Wolf Clan by Tera Shanley. It starts where the last book ended. By this time Morgan and Gray have recommitted themselves to each other and have decided to formally join as a pack. So this is more the middle book or bridging where all the loose ends from what happened during the first and second instalments are closed and of course the start of more trouble to come is hinted on. This particular book is more lighthearted in tone and slower of [...]

Finally Grey and Morgan get their happy, although it's not easy and clearly not over. The little rays of sunshine in this book were much needed after the last one. I don't want to ruin any of it but thankfully the angst in this is next to nil although the threat of the Dragon is left hanging over our heads for the next book. If you haven't, snatch up the first in this series and give the previous two a quick read before this. They are all short so it won't take you long to get caught up.This was [...]

Book three and finally Morgan trusts Grey and herself. She has to get over being kidnapped but she is determined to apologize to Grey and hope he will forgive her. They have a chance at happiness and a new pack. This was my favorite of the series so far but you know Alexis is still causing trouble for Grey. The Silver Wolf Clan series is paranormal fantasy fun. Each book can be read stand alone but is better if you've read the previous ones first. I am looking forward to the next installment. I [...]

When I happened upon this series I had no idea how attached I'd broke to characters It's rare. Morgan just surprises me at her strength and her love for Grey. These are far too short would be my only complaint. Werewolves and battles for the elusive silver wolfaka Morgan You wonder if their lives will ever settle down and just be a pile to live, but then there wouldn't be another book Loved it. Hope more will surface. On to book four now,

ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest reviewI was under the expression that this was a stand alone in a series - which is not the case.Therfor I won't be rating this, since I haven't read the previous books. However, I will comment on the writing which is good as well as the plot - my recommendation would be to make it one book instead of all these short stories with cliffhangers.
