4.5 starsJessica’s Unraveling series is such a refreshing change of pace for her. I love her gut wrenching emotional reads, but every once in a while, I want something to smile about. Lyric Scott is a character you can’t help but to smile at. I just love her! She is the happiest and most fun character Jessica has ever written. And she balances out her damaged and broken friend, Ayden, perfectly. After finding out small pieces of Ayden’s past, he is on a mission to find out more. To help gi [...]

**** 4,5 stars ****This was another great installment in the series. It was both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Lyric and Ayden are incredible together. They are more than just friends but not in the relationship yet, though they would both like to try but it's too soon for them. Ayden is damaged, vulnerable and scared of the past he can't remember. "I'm scarred, broken, cracked apart, bleeding out, and I don't know how to make it stop, how to fix myself." Lyric's personality is dazzling. She i [...]

4.5 Lyric & Aiden StarsAnd the award for best heroine in a Jessica Sorensen’s book goes to…LYRIC SCOTT. There are not enough words to describe just how much I love Lyric Scott. I just hope no one ever hurts her and/or breaks her spirit. She is just so full of life and happiness and hanging in her pov is one of my favorite places to be. Aiden the beautiful broken boy is handling the news of his brother’s mysterious death with the pressure from authorities to remember the horrors he face [...]

4-4.5 STARS“Raveling You” is the second installment in the “Unraveling You” Series by Jessica Sorensen.Ayden is still the broken, lost boy and he still doesn’t remember completely his past. He has to deal with the tragic news – his brother is death and his sister is not there with him. He still doesn’t have any information about her. On top of all that, he’s dealing with the pressure from the police to seek therapy to try to restore his memories. He has so many questions, but no [...]

Amazing!!! I loved this sequel just as much as I loved the first book! I can't get enough of Lyric and Ayden.I felt on edge through the whole book, the suspense was a great addiction to the romance.I can't believe I have to wait more than 2 months to find out what happens next! Can't wait!!!

This book give me the chills and I never think that Jessica Sorensen's books are capable of doing that because she masters in light hearted romance.

This book was originally reviewed on The Book Hookup.5 intense stars I looooooved this. The suspense, the angsty and UST filled romance and the raw and honest emotion that this evoked. The whole thing was brilliant, and I devoured it in one sitting. The story started off on a somber, desolate note. My heart was squeezing, just as I know Lyric’s was, as she tried to be there for Ayden. I was immersed in how Lyric felt so helpless. I loved how she described him, “beautiful and sad“, and she t [...]

I have a soft spot for beautiful broken boys and the girls who love, and want to save them. Ayden and Lyric are hands down my favorite JS characters. JS has knocked it out of the park with the chemistry between these two and is weaving one hell of a story with some our most beloved characters. The book is short and picks up with Ayden struggling, everyday - to reconcile with his brother's murder, pressure from the authorities to remember his past, the search for his sister and his feelings for L [...]

4.25. My God, is this book heartbreaking. I just want to hug poor Ayden and never let him go! Lol, now enough with my clinginess! I loved it. I love that Ayden and Lyric are getting closer. But my heart is aching for Ayden because he is such a great character. And so is Lyric. They both deserve happiness. I can't wait to see what happens but I might hold off until the next book comes out. This book did end in a cliffhanger, but it wasn't too bad. I've read worst cliffhangers I'm glad this one is [...]

This is definitely a little short for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I love the chemistry between the MC's.e is so patient with him & he is showing her he loves her & trying his hardest to be what he feels she deserves. And that is the kicker she loves him just as he is. We get a little more of the puzzle pieces & I'm so worried about what went on in that home & when he remembers all thatmetimes I agree some things should be left buried. I can't wait till the next installment. [...]

For some reason, I thought this was only a two book series. So I was really pumped to finally find out what the deal with Ayden and Lyric is. But no, it has to be a four book series. And now I have to wait until March for the next book. God damn it! I want it NOW!!!

First off I have to start by saying that this series needs to be read in order. Sorensen starts this book where the previous book, Unraveling You ends. Ayden Gregory and Lyric Scott have formed a strong friendship. With Lyric’s happy-go-lucky attitude, it’s easy to fall into their rhythm of things. She is just so uplifting and fun that it nicely balances out the darkness that comes with what Ayden is trying to get through. After the unexpected death of his brother, Felix, Ayden is forced to c [...]

4.5 ⭐️SJessica Sorensen is my go-to author. I have loved just about all of her books. She has a lot to keep up with and I don't always finish her series. I never finished Ella and Micah's, not because I wasn't liking them but because they were taking so long to come out and I felt good about where I stopped with them, I didn't need anymore of their story. She seems to be getting them out quicker than she used to so I'm really happy about that. I am loving this series! It is fast becoming my [...]

The intensity heightens as Lyric and Ayden try to piece together the fragments of his past as he suffers from flashbacks and dreams, while continuing his hypnotic therapy sessions. The second installment shows the friendship deepening between the lovely free-spirited Lyric and the achingly broken Ayden. Here, they finally put a label on their relationship defining it as boyfriend/girlfriend. And their physical relationship continues to deepen as well, even though Ayden is still troubled when tou [...]

These books are frustrating, but in a very good way. They make me want to scream and shout but at the same time I need more. I need to know what's going on and I need Ayden to find peace with everything that happened to him in the past.I really loved the writing. I liked most of the characters, though some had their moments. Then you have the mystery element that will drive me bonkers eventually. I mean, how much longer can she draw this out? I'm looking forward to the next book and I hope we fi [...]

UninspiredThe first book in this series touched me on so many levels. To have two polar opposites form such a wonderful relationship was inspiring. The brilliant writing that allowed brief glimpses of the dark depravity of others and the effects of them on others was flawless. However this installment fell short for me. The story continues on but I felt like I was reading a synopsis in this one as opposed to a book. Disappointing.

Raveling You and this series (so far) kind of reminds me of Never Never in that Never Never is written in installments roughly 100 pages each and each “installment” is a piece of the puzzle but for one cohesive story. The Unraveling You series is more like 250 pages per each installment, but I say this based on how each book (again so far) has ended kind of abruptly. Neither Unraveling You nor Raveling You really felt like there was a solid ending and the story continues throughout all of th [...]

4.5/ 5 STARS I think it's safe to say that Lyric Scott is my favorite heroine Jessica Sorensen has introduced to us. The way she just radiate such a positive, fun loving energy wherever she is makes me love her and I think she is exactly what Ayden needs. He knows he needs Lyric to balance out the dark thoughts in his mind and I am so glad they're trying to work things out. It's not perfect but I guess you can say they're getting there. In Raveling You, Ayden is trying to figure out the mystery [...]

I let Sorensen slide with Unraveling You. In the first book, nothing was resolved, the novel was too short and felt incomplete, and no significant events really happened; however, because I loved the characters and their relationships and the plot, I still loved the book despite its flaws. Because I loved the characters' and their world so much, I was dying to read the second book hoping Sorensen would step up her game and write something that would make up for the first book.Sorensen actually m [...]

I feel bipolar after reading this one! This is 4.5 stars of my emotions going up and down and my mind going all over the place! Lyric makes me smile! She is such an upbeat girl. I feel her passion and enthusiasm. She is one of the best leading ladies I have read about in a long time. She is not broken and weepy. She is happy and spreads her happiness to those around her. Her joy is infectious. My heart is aching for Ayden, wondering what tortures this poor young man has endured and could possibly [...]
