      Needs a good editorWhile the tips and recipes are awesome, the book is teeming with horrible grammar, misplace or missing commas, and inconsistencies.

      Good for a freebieIll admit I skipped the About part, because I got it for the recipes. Almost all of them sound good. I was confused by the shepherds pie recipe because the ingredients called for Turkey, but there was none in the directions. And one recipe had a pound of ground beef as two lunch servings. That's a lot of lunch!

      Seems like a fast dash book developed to cash in on the Paleo craze. Typos in the text, repetitive narrative and the recipes . . . REALLY? A cave man would have access to ahi tuna, strawberries and oranges and would make szechaun chicken?The facts in the beginning of the book include pseudo science. I do not recommend this book.

      Awful writingTruly awful writing. Verbose, obtuse, and repetitive. Sloppy proofreading. Bad grammar. Clearly a quick and dirty attempt to cash in on the paleo trend. I'm sure you can find a better one to read.

      This book is written in a direct style that is accessible, relevant and appealing to a general audience interested in the Paleo lifestyle. I would have given the book at least 4 stars if it hadn't riddled with typos.

      Atrocious grammarContent was decent, but I didn't learn anything new. I did get 2 recipes that I may try. To the author: please have somebody proofread before you publish another e-book! I'm glad this was free.

      Interesting read. Not sure it is for me. I want to eat cleaner, yes, but not sure I can inflict this on my husband and kids - and can't afford two separate menus each week. I will take some pointers from here though.

      Very informative. good book, but this diet is not for me. There are too many unusual ingredients needed for recipes. I did get several ideas.

      Full of errorsI couldn't take the authors seriously. All of the grammatical and informational errors made it seem like middle schoolers wrote this. Major lack of editing!
