      Ian Simpson kindly sent me this earlier submitted novel that has been published following the success of Flick Fortune and Baggo Chandavarkar series; for my reflections. I was delighted to read this "lost" first novel and give him my honest review which I share now.This is a homage to golf and the St Andrews course, centering on the events of the 1927 Open championship.       I won this with giveaway and can say I thoroughly enjoyed reading.A great insight into the events of the era and so excellently written to such a high quality. The characters within this novel and furthermore the relationships between them are what really makes this book. I would highly recommend giving this a read, you won't be able to put it down and will leave a lasting impression.
