This is a lovely book filled with useful tips and good humour.I especially like all the positive things said about cake! ;-)I got this on Kindle, but actually there's things I'd like to refer back to frequently, so it's possibly better as a hard copy book.Really good 'starter' book to get an understanding of what each food 'means'.There's recipes and detailed explanations of food, and even some helpful correspondence charts at the back.Well worth a read!
