Disappointing!!Warning: this book is NOT a complete stand alone narrative! It prattles on for 75% of the pages about characters the reader isn't even sure they should care about before introducing the Jacob guy mentioned in the book summary and then abruptly ending. It is obvious at the "end" that the story is more of an installment-style narrative. (Personally, I feel cheated when authors are not more up front about such a cheap tactic.)The book would benefit from some serious editing - not onl [...]

COULDN'T READ THE FIRST CHAPTERNot much to say. I am positively tired with books that are nothing more than erotic content. It is too bad so many paranormal authors have fallen into this as good book writing. They need to create the genre "Erotic Content" and put books that rely on sex as the plot into this category. There are still many readers that don't enjoy pages and pages of sex. They leave no room for a reader to imagine their own perfect encounter with a sexy man. Can't recommend, didn't r [...]

This was a very hard book to get into at first. The writer jumps around a lot and is constantly adding new characters without fleshing them out. I read the entire book and I got the jist of what was going on, but it kind of seemed flat to me. I think the writer tried to give too much into on the action scenes that made if harder to follow, but the actual story wasn't bad.
