I really loved the art in this, and thought it was an interesting story. I need to re-read it, but it's really could be an interesting take on the Bible verse Ephesians 6:12. In short, the hero of story seems to be some sort of supernatural entity fighting demons, and his ability to fight is dependent upon the prayers of the people. It's not explicitly Christian, but one could take that view if they wished, to a certain point.I give it 5 stars because I really like the art, and the pacing of the [...]

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. The drawing style is rough and ready but there is some wonderful detail and freedom adding only to the grit of the story. It's a pretty quick read too. Many of the frames a just pictorial, creating the mystique and setting the scene for the finale and there is the matter of some of the dialogue being in Spanish which only just adds to the intrigue. It also seems it's part of some larger series – not sure need to check this out further. All in [...]

Interesting, but just a bit on the weird side and hard to judge completely, since it's still a work in progress(?). The artwork in unique. Some strange choices with the text--some of the Spanish is translated, some isn't. Quite a few obvious misspellings littered throughout which bring the overall quality down a step (if you're going to self-publish, you'd better take extra care with grammar, etc.).

Fun comic about an occult detective / demon slayer character. I like the art, it reminds me a little of Mike Mignola, and the story too evokes the atmosphere of Hellboy a little bit. I'd be curious to continue reading other volumes of this story, if they can be found.
