I was glad to find the time to read this next one in this series that is breeze to read thru. This one is also more focused filled with a touch more suspense type thriller. Maile like the other women was on of the ones that chatted in the group on line and met with them to then settle in Seattle to start their own business. It seems though that while the other three are on cases she is not quite there yet but when she does she gets a whooper. Also being alittle homesick she is in search of food [...]

BUT I DID IT FOR YOUThis story kept me captivated and the pages turning as this mystery unfolds with the death of Floriano Garcia and whether his death was suicide or murder. When the star principle male ballet dancer, Floriano, is found dead in his apartment, the police rule it suicide but his mother does not believe it. Hiring PI Maile Kuhiwinui of Miss Demeanor Agency to research the case brings many people into question, several from the Ballet Company, but also Kalama Haleamau, aka Lama, wh [...]

A taste of Hawaii in the streets of Seattle…What do you get when you combine a Hawaiian food truck owned by the sexy, Kalama Haleamau. Maile Kuhiwinui’s love for the cuisine of the home she left behind to start a P.I. firm in Seattle, and a murdered Ballet dancer? Choreographed Crime. For Ms. Marilla’s first venture into romantic suspense, this is a standing ovation.Kudos Ms. Marilla, you had me guessing ‘who-done-it’ until the murderer was revealed.

Maile is a surfer and the 3rd female PI with Miss Demeanor Detective Agency. She's trying to prove a ballet dancer's suicide was actually a murder while locating great Hawaiian food in Seattle & possibly a boyfriend. She would prefer her man less felonious than Lama, her murder suspect. I was provided this Ebook free for an honest review. I honestly love this series!

This was a fun read for a rainy afternoon. Fast-paced and suspenseful, Maile, a newcomer to Seattle, gets pulled into more and more tangles as she investigates a crime. The one warm reminder of Hawaii (her home) may be a suspect a lovely story about being new, and getting in too deep.

A policewoman in Hawaii quits her job and joins a group of lady cops now operating a detective agency in Seattle. Her first case - a mother hires her to prove her son, a star ballet dancer, did not commit suicide. Short mystery - things wrapped up quickly.
