The long-awaited follow-up to the awesome Truth Behind The Lies is finally here, and I’ma keep it real: MY JAW DROPPED DOWN TO MY BOOBS! You wanna talk about a serious WTF did I just read? No? I’ma talk about it any damn way…To recap, Nina and Bash met by chance on an elevator, and boom! The relationship was whirlwind and explosive. You ever see that movie 9 ½ Weeks? Yeah, it was something like that less the dysfunction. Until now! The truth is finally revealed, and it’s not at all what [...]

The truth and nothing but?Let me begin by saying thanks to Lolah for a great storytelling and excellent part 2.d while juggling a full time career.kudosI cannot get enough of Bash and Nina's storyis centers mostly around Bash and slowly concludes the crazy, presumably dead exwho is very much a demented psychopathwe are introduced to HeinrichBash's brother who I believe can have his own story.but we have to solve the mystery of the threatening lettersere's editing errors.but so whatwhen you have a [...]

I loved book 2 just as much as book 1. And yes, I still feel like that’s an understatement.I ‘ship Nina and Sebastian so much, it’s ridiculous….I didn’t know I could love Bash any more than I did in book 1, but somehow I fell deeper, just like Nina did. He’s a bit of a dichotomy. I love strong and confident alphas who handle themselves like a boss. It’s incredibly sexy, I’ll give you that but I find a man who’s honest about his vulnerabilities and insecurities just as endearing [...]

In this book we obtain more insight in to Sebastian and the mystery of his 'deceased' wife Caroline. Let me tell he should have had her killed. She makes "Baby Jane's" mother look harmless. The shocker in this book is that Bash's wife is not dead, he has been keeping her locked up on a ranch owned by his best friend Andy.We learn where Bash's insecurities stem from and for a minute there he loses his cool and almost confesses to Nina the whole truth about Caroline. His son Jax is cool, the daught [...]

I finally got around to reading part 2 of this story.Nina and Bash are still together and although Bash has shared some of his secrets with Nina he has not told her everything. All the skeletons in Bash's closet are revealed. However, what I think I will remember about this book the most is that Bash and Nina have jokes in this book that will have you laughing out loud. However, what is not funny is the truth behind why Bash imprisoned Caroline in the first place.Definitely with a read.

A fitting conclusionBash and Nina's life has come full circle in this final book. There were some unexpected twists and turns that made this compelling story. The lies were finally revealed but not before Carolina showed her crazy side.A compelling read that had me turning the pages with anticipation.

Enjoyed this Read. This book had so many unexpected turns. I have enjoyed all of Ms. Lace's books and this was no different. Definitely worth 1-clicking. My 2 cons are, I wish the ending helped clear up the anonymous letters and I found the incorrect use of no and know distracting. I have noticed this error in pretty much all of Lolah Lace's book.

A romance with added suspense, humor and murder. Few authors are able to pull off such a thing, but Lolah Lace does it again. An author not afraid to dance to her own tune. The Truth Behind The Lies 2 is a nice follow up completing Bash and Nina's story.

Did not see that coming! It has taken me a few months to read part 2. It was worth the wait. I was so caught up in the story, I didn't do any guessing. And got blindsided. It was like a long ride to the top of a rollercoaster and then you drop. Helluva ride.
