Review of SECRET ADMIRER ( A Candy Harts Romance) By Ally HayesReview by: Peggy Jaeger5 stars! A fresh start in a new town and at a new job are just what almost-30 Andi needs. And flirting with the hot guy she sees in her new favorite coffee shop each morning is a welcome bonus. If she could only discover what his name is without seeming too aggressively flirty. Combined with the new job are new office friends, and when Andi takes the plunge to meet an even wider circle of “friends of new-fri [...]

Review Courtesy of April HollingworthThis is a short and sweet book that will keep you reading until finally with a happy smile you finish it. The story is told from Andi's point of view and so you see and feel how a chance meeting, candy hearts and flirty texts affect her. I'd started this book late at night but had to stop reading for sleep, was seriously not impressed by that. Rushed home on my dinner break to find out what was happening next and finished this wonderful story. It was funny ho [...]

What’s the new girl in town supposed to do when she meets a dreamy man at the local coffee shop yet doesn’t have the opportunity to properly introduce herself? Suddenly, a second man comes into her life via text messages. A friend of her new co-workers, she’s anxious to meet Garrett in person but, like wi [...]

This is a very clever tale, flirty and amusing—a true Romantic Comedy. Andi wants a new start following a promotion to a different division of her accounting firm, and a new relationship wouldn’t hurt either. Maybe it will develop between her and the cute guy she keeps seeing at the coffee shop in the mornings—the one with the gorgeous blue eyes. Or maybe she’ll find happiness with the elusive Garrett, a member of her new set of friends whom she’s only met by text so far. The texts get [...]

I was given an ARC for an honest review. One woman, two different men and candy hearts. This is a fun, sweet romance. I enjoyed Andi's story. There is a nice little twist, I did figure it out long before the author told the reader, but it didn't detract from the story. I was kept engaged and turning the page.

I was given a free copy of this book for an honest review. This was a cute story. I like how Andi is stepping outside her comfort zone—new job, new town, new friends. It’s not easy on her and she has to gather her courage to get out there. Very realistic. The “twist” was pretty obvious, but that didn’t spoil my enjoyment of the story.
