Billy Goat Stuff produces a quality product which is ideal for those intolerant to cow’s milk and soya.
Their Goats Milk Chocolate was created by Sarah Williams as a direct response to her young son’s intolerance. As a chocolatier, Sarah ensures that all her goats milk chocolate products are made from the finest raw ingredients in Cornwall teamed with imported high quality cocoa beans and cocoa butter.
The chocolate is a true artisan product, with a taste that hints of quality cocoa beans and does not have the strong goaty taste often associated with goats milk products. It is hand made starting from the raw cocoa bean which are then roasted before grinding to produce the nibs. These are then added to the other ingredients in one final process to create the chocolate which is then tempered and shaped prior to packaging.
Plans to extend the range to include a delicious new fudge and a 60% cocoa goats milk chocolate are in hand.
