Hospitality 2011 will be one of the largest national exhibitions for foodservice and hospitality in its calendar year with over 300 companies showcasing the latest products and services across Food & Drink, Interiors, Exteriors, Tableware, Catering Equipment, Technology and Careers in Hospitality. The event intends to attract nearly 14,000 visitors in 2011.
An annual campaign that emphasises the importance of eating a healthy breakfast every day. All stages of the food chain from farmers to food producers and retailers to consumers are encouraged to hold events to start the day with a breakfast made from high quality local produce.

The International Food and Drink Event
The International Food and Drink Event is the ultimate product sourcing event. A prime opportunity for buyers in retail, foodservice, wholesale, distribution and manufacturing to meet with over 1,200 suppliers. Exhibitors at the last event did business face-to-face with 22,395 retailers, foodservice buyers, wholesalers, distributors, importers, exporters and manufacturers from 83 countries.
The SOURCE Exhibition and Taste of the West Trade Show
The 2010 SOURCE Exhibition provided the perfect professional platform for food and drink producers and service providers. This new event took place in the same hall as the established and successful Taste of the West Trade Show, a trade only exhibition showcasing a broad base of South West food and drink. Buyers will have the opportunity to sample some of the region’s finest products, see some new products from existing suppliers and build strong relationships with new suppliers.
Natural & Organic Products Europe
The largest trade event of its kind in the UK, now in its 15th year. The show has matured alongside the industry into the UK’s leading annual exhibition event for the whole of the natural and organic sector with 8,000 people gathered to view 500 plus exhibitors in 2010.
Now in it’s third year, the Real Food Festival is a farmers market with over 400 of some of the world’s best small food and drink producers.
Cheltenham Food and Drink Festival
A celebration of British food and farming, this rural showcase has agriculture firmly at its heart. There is a regional Food and Drink Village and the show provides a great day out for farmers, landowners and smallholders, as well as families.

The 9th British Food Fortnight takes place during Harvest Festival, the traditional time for celebrating our food. The event will celebrate the diverse and delicious range of food that Britain produces with promotions and tastings in shops, all-British menus in pubs and restaurants, food and cookery lessons in schools and glorious food festivals. Whether you are shopping in supermarkets or local shops or eating in pubs or restaurants you will be able to enjoy the best of British food during the fortnight.
Great British Cheese Festival
Britain''s biggest cheese market where you can taste over 460 sheep, cow, goat and even buffalo cheeses. Visitors can also taste and buy artisan wine, cider, perry and beer.
St Ives Food and Drink Festival
The first food and drink festival in St Ives, runs from June 14th with a number of daily events in some of the town''s bars and restaurants, building up through the week to the main Festival weekend on the 19th and 20th.
Mouth watering food, cooking and beverage demonstrations, the Great Mackerel Challenge and competitions for children, plus street performers, face painting and music.
Bristol Wine and Food Fair
Now in its third year, this three-day fair includes cookery schools, chef’s master classes, wine tastings, young chef competition, food and drink pavilion and food and food and drink producers market.
Bath Food and Drink Festival
Experience the finest food and drink available locally and regionally and enjoy cookery demonstrations from Antonio Carluccio, wine and real ale tasting sessions and music.
Taste South East Cornwall at Looe Festival by the Sea
Now in its 6th year, the Taste South East Cornwall festival promotes local producers, restaurants and businesses.
With around 120 trade stands and over 100,000 visitors expected to attend, the Flavour Fest forms a central part of the Plymouth Summer Festival. In its 7th year, the festival will have cookery demonstrations, a kids kitchen and a continental style food and drink street market.
Over 9,000 visitors celebrate all things fishy in one of Cornwall's most distinctive and original fishing villages. The festival includes cooking demonstrations, seafood barbeque, seafood auction and live entertainment.
Newquay''s harbour may be one of it''s lesser known treasures but, as this festival will testify, it''s bounty is more than worthy of celebration. Seafood cookery demonstrations and marine wildlife watching trips will be available as well as local produce stalls.
Cornwall Food and Drink Festival
Now in its 7th year, the Cornwall Food and Drink Festival is the largest event devoted to local produce. There are demonstrations from Cornwall's top chefs and representations from over 40 food and drink producers, from farms to artisan bakers, confectioners and brewers, as well as special events.
The “Good Life Pavilion” was launched in 2009 and holds cookery demonstrations as well as smallholding and agricultural advice. Food and drink stands also offer a range of tasting opportunities.
Timed to coincide with the start of the oyster harvesting season, the Falmouth Oyster Festival showcases the very finest in seafood from one of the last remaining oyster fisheries. There are cookery demonstrations, a Cornwall produce and craft marquee and live entertainment throughout the event.
